NeuroAffective Touch FAQs

  • Please contact me to arrange an initial call. During this call I will ask you to say a little more about what you are looking for support with, explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. Finding the right therapist for you is the most important first step. If I don't feel I would be suited to working with you for any reason, I usually offer a referral to an alternative therapist.

  • I offer an inclusive practice and a supportive space regardless of history or self-identification. The therapy spaces I currently work from are upstairs and so unfortunately would not be suitable for people with mobility difficulties.

  • NeuroAffective Touch can be effective as a one off session, a series of short term sessions, or as a longer term piece of work, depending on your needs. In this way, it is more flexible than longer term depth psychotherapy. We will base our session plan on your individual needs.

  • I am a trainee NeuroAffective Touch Practitioner. To ensure my work remains of high quality, I have my own weekly psychotherapy, I have regular psychotherapeutic supervision, and I receive regular NAT supervision sessions. I also adhere to the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice which supports me to prioritise safety and integrity.

  • Sessions cost £70 per hour or £100 per 1.5 hours. During November I am offering 15% off these prices.
